Curriculum Spotlight: Geography
Our geography leads, Mrs. Wright and Mr. Monkman, are passionate about delivering an engaging and high-quality geography curriculum. We are proud to have been awarded the Silver Quality Mark by the Geographical Association in the autumn term, recognising excellent curriculum delivery and our commitment to developing pupils’ geographical knowledge and skills.
We are now working towards further developing fieldwork opportunities for our pupils and supporting other schools as part of our journey to achieving the prestigious Gold Accreditation. This includes enhancing outdoor learning experiences, strengthening geographical enquiry skills, and collaborating with other educators to promote high-quality geography teaching.
We look forward to continuing our work in geography and inspiring our pupils to become curious, knowledgeable, and environmentally aware global citizens!
