Neurodiversity Week
This week we have been celebrating Neurodiversity Week, recognising and embracing the many wonderful ways our brains work. Neurodiversity is all about understanding that everyone thinks, learns and experiences the world differently—and that’s something to celebrate!
Throughout the week, pupils have explored what it means to be neurodiverse. We have shared some empowering picture books, helping our pupils to see the world from different perspectives and to appreciate the unique strengths of every individual.
We have loved hearing our pupils’ thoughts on these stories and how they relate to their own experiences. Many shared fantastic reflections on what makes them unique and how they can be supportive and understanding friends to others.
